Predeceased by her daughter; Kathleen Tuff.
Survived by her Daughter; Karen (David) Burns. Son: Jason (Alison) Tuff. Parents; Herbert and Gladys Schafer. Brother; Todd (Karen) Schafer. Sister; Esther Schroeder. 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, dear friends.
Sharon had a heart and love for people. She enjoyed working in the human services field. She worked for many years at the ARC of Monroe County, she ran a day care for several years. She will be missed by so many she touched.
Friends may call 4-7 pm Tuesday August 20, 2019 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. (west of Long Pond Rd.) On Wednesday morning at 10 am , funeral services will be held at Bethel Christian Fellowship Church, 321 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14604. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to Shepherd Home 1959 Five Mile Line Rd. Penfield, NY 14526 or give online : http://www.shepherdhome.org/Contribute.aspx in memory of Sharon.
