Went peacefully home to the Lord July 30, 2019 at the age of 88.
Predeceased by her husband, John; son, John Michael; & brother, Joseph Remmel
Survived by her children, Mark (Mary), Daniel (Laura), Thomas (Donna), Laurie (Dave) Swieton, & Gretchen Cicero; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; siblings, Delores Schlicker, Mabel Farrow, & James Remmel; & many other family & friends.
Shirley was full of life & touched many people.
The family would like to extend a thank you to the 2nd floor staff of Kirkhaven for their outstanding care.
A celebration of her life will be Sunday August 4, 2-4pm with a service at 4pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Inurnment will take place at Riverside on a later date.
