Brockport: Passed on September 23, 2011 at age 81. Predeceased by his daughter, Karen Packard. He is survived by his spouse, Mary Marone; 5 sons; 3 daughters; 22 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Frances Lucas. He attended East Palmyra School and was a graduate of Edison Tech. Skeeter was a US Army veteran, a Mason, an avid square dancer; and enjoyed playing cards, fishing, biking, traveling and working out at the JCC. Skeeter and Mary volunteered for many events and organizations over the years.
A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, October 1st, 2011 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626. Private interment, East Palmyra Cemetery. Donations in Skeeter's name may be made to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, 633 Third Ave., 28th Floor, New York, NY 10017.
