Passed away on March 24th, 2026 at the age of 56.

Predeceased by his, Father, Stephen B. Otis, Mother, Carla A. Taylor; Step- father, Donald R. Abbott.

He is survived by his loving Wife, Amy J. Otis; Daughter, Shelby L. Otis; Son, Stephen W. Otis; Step- daughters, Carolyn Toal and Katharine Toal; Grandchildren, Isabella Lewis, Riley Toal, and Bryce Rafferty; Sisters, Stephanie (Patrick) Congdon and Kearsten (David) Blake; Step- mother, Rochelle Otis; as well as many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Family will receive friends Sunday, April 12th, 2026, from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where a Memorial Service will follow at 3:00PM.
