Passed away on, July 4, 2016 at the age of 57.
Predeceased by her parents, Barbara & Regis.
She is survived by her sisters, Kim (Joe) Jurkowski & Heidi (Pam); nephew, Adam (Bridget) Jurkowski; niece, Kristen (Bill) Roth; 3 grand-nieces, Ella, Ava, & Emma; many close family, friends & pets. Tammy was a kind and giving friend to all she met. She loved music, nature and was a devoted sister. Her sense of humor and laughter will be greatly missed.
Family will receive friends 4-7 PM, Friday, July 8th at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. where her Funeral Service will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 9th. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to GRASP (Greece Resident's Assisting Stray Pets) or Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance.
