Rochester: Saturday, July 24, 2010 at age 89. She is predeceased by her husband, Keith Bartlow and sister, Agnes Rathburn. Survived by her children, Dolores Fritts and C. Taylor (Sandra) Fritts; grandchildren, Michael T. (Deborah) Remillard, Michelle (Robert) Peown, Mark Remillard, Taylor W. Fritts, Vicki (Alan DesGrange) Long, Carolyn (Don) Harter, Alicia (Jason) Dingman; step-grandchildren, Elizabeth (Bill) Heselton, John (Tina) Watkins and David Watkins; 12 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Thelma's Life will be held on Friday, July 30th from 6-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where a Memorial Ceremony will be held at 8 PM. Private interment. Contributions may be made to the Hilton Volunteer Ambulance, 120 Old Hojack Lane, Hilton, NY 14468
