Passed away on Wednesday March 15th, at the age of 73 .
Predeceased by his parents;William and Virginia; sisters, Betty, Shirley and Carol; brother Billy.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Elizabeth Adam; daughter, Cheri (Mike) McCoy; son, Thomas Adam; daughter, Ami (Mike) Reynolds; and son, Michael Adam; grandchildren, Mikayla, Morgan, Brandon, and Alice; brothers, Jerry (Thekla), Jimmy, Donny (Carol), Ronnie (Betty), Danny (Irene) and Gary (Brenda) Adam along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Monday March 20th, 2017 at 10:30AM, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park, Rochester, NY 14615.
