Went home to be with the Lord March 3, 2023 at the age of 81.
Predeceased by his daughter, Terry Lee Long; siblings, Willie (Edgie) H. Long Sr., Eula (Willie) Long Stevens, Alphenia (Willie) Long Pride, Deansy (Sam) Long Neal, Johnny (Bertha) C. Long, Sylvester Long; sister in law, O'Quin Long.
Survived by his daughters, Lisa (George) Alexander, Lisa (Charles) Banks, Pam Owens-Jolicoeur, Marchel Adams-White; grandchildren, Sharee Alexander, Kamron Robinson, Demetrius Robinson, Imani Robinson, Alexis Jolicoeur, Jazmine Jolicoeur, Christian Adams, Ashley Adams, Cierra Travis, & Isaiah Tyler; great grandchildren, Rahmeer Robinson, Tahjmeer Robinson, Iyanna Adams, Charizma Scott, Chloe Scott, Savannah Allen Alexander, Avery Mull, Kharter Bradford, & Kaidence Robinson; great great grandchild, Adonis Dunbar; siblings, Sidney (Joyce) Long & Ora B. Dad loved his children & family deeply. He loved music, game shows, & playing dominos.
Calling hours will be Monday March 13, 10-12pm, with services at 12pm, at Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, 351 Joseph Avenue. Burial will be at Riverside cemetery following services.
