Rochester: Passed Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at age 82. He
was predeceased by his mother and father, Mildred (Green) and
Thomas Deegan; son, Dale. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years,
Marlene; sons, Patrick (Valerie) Deegan, Tommy Deegan; granddaughter, Tierney Deegan;
brother, Walter Frisbee; cousin, Sr. Mary Gratia; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Monroe Community Hospital Hope 3 for the wonderful care they gave to Tom. Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to Monroe Community Hospital, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620
