Passed away on Wednesday, December 20th at 60 years old after a chronic illness.
Tim is survived by his loving companion of 32 years , Sharon Agostinelli, parents Lynn & Stephanie Weilacher, brothers Richard (Margot), Michael (Leah), aunt Tracy Wooden and several nieces & nephews.
At the request of Tim's family there will be no prior calling or service.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Rochester Regional Hospice, nurses and staff, for their kindness and exceptional care given to Tim.
