Todd J. Kerkman

Todd Kerkman passed away peacefully on April 24. 2026 surrounded by love and prayers. His sister, Theresa was by his side holding his hand when Jesus carried him home.

Todd is survived by his sisters. Theresa Kerkman and Lisa Landers, nieces Lia Kerkman and Stefanie Ricks all of whom reside in Dallas - Ft. Worth, Texas. Todd was preceded in death by his father Gene Kerkman, Prescott Arizona, his mother June Kerkman and brother Troy Kerkman, Bradenton Florida.

Todd spent over 25 years as a meteorologist for Spectrum News, in Rochester, NY and so many people knew him for his calm voice, his knowledge, and the way he made even the toughest weather feel a little less overwhelming. But there was so much more to him.

He was an animal advocate who adored his pets — Buddy, Donna, and Dug — all of whom he loved fiercely and who preceded him in death.
He was an avid guitar player and a lifelong sports fan, especially his beloved Dallas Cowboys.
He loved to play golf, loved to laugh, and somehow kept his sense of humor even in the hardest moments.
He was a dear brother, uncle and a loyal, long‑time friend to many. Todd loved Jesus deeply, which gives us comfort in knowing exactly where he is now.

Thank you to everyone who has loved and supported Todd and our family through this long journey. Your kindness has meant more than you know.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30pm on Tuesday, May 28th at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd.
