Rochester: June 13, 2015.
Predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years, Leonard.
Survived by her daughter, Lorraine (Frank Solomon) Bartlett; sons, Ian (Theresa) Bartlett and Andrew (Deborah) Bartlett and grandchildren, Amanda Bartlett, Amy Bartlett-Rothermel (Brian) and Melissa Bartlett; great-grandchildren, Adriana Montalvo and Ashlyn Rothermel; sister, Sunny (John) Searley and Michele (Graham) Fowler; and many nieces and nephews.
Pat was a skilled needlewoman who loved to make beautiful quilts and hand- and machine-knitted garments and was a loving friend to many. Many thanks to the nurses and volunteers who took care of Pat during her last days.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice House, 288 Frisbee Hill Rd., Hilton, 14468.
