Victoria was a vibrant and spunky individual, characterized by her strong will and a delightful sense of humor. Deeply rooted in her Catholic faith, she carried her beliefs with pride, letting them guide her in both her personal and professional lives.
She held her family dear to her heart, particularly treasuring the time spent with her daughter, Summer and her family. Victoria's love for holidays brought joy and excitement to family gatherings, creating lasting memories that will be cherished by her loved ones.

Victoria is survived by her beloved daughter, Summer (Bobby) Howard; her brother, Danny; and her sisters, Carol and Ethyl. She is preceded in death by her husband, David; her sister Gladys; her brother, Sam; and her parents.
