Rochester: Passed Satrurday, October 25, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Linda (Eichas) Niver; Dorothy Pell (my Dotti) children, Richard (Jean) Niver, Patti (Larry) Drew, Elicia (Anthony) DeCarlis; grandchildren, Leanne, Brian, Aiden, Mason, Chase; extended family and friends, forgive me my friend, Shirley.
The family will receive friends 2-6 PM Thursday, October 30th, at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., followed by a Prayer Service at 6 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to:
