Gates: September 12, 2014 at age 82. He is predeceased by his parents, Walter J. Ott Sr. & Helen Ott. Survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Barbara (Gschwind); sons, Douglas (Tracy) and Richard (Joy); daughters, Debra and Carol; grandchildren, Daniel (Lore), Erin, Stephanie, Michael, David, Brian and Jordan; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Eleanor Metcalfe.
Friends and family may call Sunday, September 14th, 2-4 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, September 15th at 11:15 AM, St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY 14606. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
