Predeceased by her husband Robert Wendling, USAF decorated combat fighter pilot WW II.
Kelly was the the office manager of their business ABC Safe & Lock Co. for over 30 years.
She is survived by her son Wayne Howe, who brought laughter, fun and aid to her.
