Transitioned on October 13th, 2020 at the age of 72. Predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Mrs. Willie Mae Cleveland; wife, Mrs Johnnie Ruth Cleveland. He is survived by his children, Wayne L. Cleveland, Jr., Shantale (Robert) Jackson and Jelita Cleveland; 11 grandchildren along with a host of many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services Pending.
