Passed away on, June 15, 2025 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by his parents, Leo and Mary Blanchard; and sister, Yvonne Briggs.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol A. Blanchard; sons, Scott (Ginger) Benecke and William L. Blanchard; grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
