Penfield: Passed Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at age 87. He was predeceased by his grandson, Nathan and brother, Richard. He is survived by his former wife, Jeanne; children, Mary Jean (Matthew) Giliberto, Tim (Lorie), Eileen (John) Lampanaro, Rose (Rob) Sum, Shane (Jennifer), Terry and Kathleen (Matthew) Ellia; grandchildren, Dr. John Paul (Dr. Sarah Atkinson) Giliberto, Dr. Marisa Giliberto (Ben Maynard), Kyle, Kristen, Melissa, Anna, Claire, Paul, Thomas, Emma, Sophia, Zachary, Karsten and Moriah; brother, James Donovan; and many nieces and nephews.
Bill was a United States Army Veteran who proudly served his country during WWII.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 3rd from 4-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Bill's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10 AM at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish at St. Cecilia's Church, 2732 Culver Road. Interment, Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Camp Good Days and Special Times or to Boy Scouts of America.
