Suddenly Monday February 27, 2023.
Predeceased by his parents, Loretta and William Carter.
Survived by siblings Laura Carpenter, Janet D'Ambrose and David (Maria Mackin) Carter. Many cousins, dear friends.
Bill was a lover of music, played the accordion. An avid bowler and an animal lover of all kinds.
No prior calling hours.
A Celebration of Life will be held and announced here in the Summer of 2023.
Inurnment is private, White Haven Memorial Park.
