William E. Bills (Billy)
Rochester: Passed on January 23, 2012 at age 77. He is predeceased by his wife, Frances Bills (Minton), son, John Bills; parents, Theresa and Edward Bills. Survived by his son, Bryce (Mary Ellen) Bills; daughters, Mary, Jennifer, Jeannine and Bernadette Bills; grandchildren, Ariel, McAllister, Montgomery Bills; great-grandson, Ricardo Bills.
William served in the US Army Reserves for 30 years.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where his Funeral Ceremony will be held on Friday at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to Parkinson's Research.
