He is survived by his wife, Patti; parents, Anita & Buddy; children, Nikki (Trevino) Andrews, Aamber (Randy) Gills, Andrew, Billy Jr., Ashley, & Jake (Rachel); beloved grandchildren; siblings, Theresa & Charlie (Shannon); many nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
Bills' Graveside Service will be held 10:00 am, Friday, November 4, 2016 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 1133 Mt. Hope Ave.
Donations may be directed to the Leo Center For Caring.
