Died Friday, October 28, 2011, peacefully in Webster Comfort Care, surrounded by his loved ones. He was predeceased by his mother, Violet Wallace; and father, Al Forkell. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Andrews (Schoenthal); daughter, Sharon Schoenthal; granddaughters, Roni, Nichole & Sarah; brother, Rickey Forkell; special friends, Arnie Montgomery, Joe Testa, Barbara Steorts, Jo Ann & Jim Farmer, Jackie & John Fitzsimmons; and many other friends. Bill enjoyed fishing, trap shooting, planting flowers, and telling jokes & stories. He was a member of the NRA, Shortsville Gun Club & the Ontario Gun Club.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, Nov. 4th, 2011, 4-7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY, where a Memorial Service will be held at 7 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, or the Webster Comfort Care Home, 700 Holt Rd., Webster, NY 14580. To share a special memory, please visit:
