He is survived by his mother, Marge (John) Russell; children, Kristie and Phillip Randall; mother of Bill's children, Lisa Randall; sister, Carol (Bruce) Cavallaro; and niece, Briana Stoddart;
No prior calling hours. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, August 13 at 10 AM at Riverside Cemetery.
