Greece: Suddenly, Friday, March 4, 2011 at age 76. Predeceased by his parents, Harry and Eva Sydney. He is survived by his loving wife, Sally Sinopoli-Sydney; children, Daniel (Laurie) Sydney, Alexander Sydney, Rebecca Sydney, Renee (Don) Held, Salvatore (Debbie) Fasciano, Danielle (Tim) Lambert, Debi (Joe) Cordovana and Josette Robson; grandchildren, Rachel, Shana, Bret, Dusten, Alec, Jennifer, Jessica, Angela, Brandon, Samantha and Shane; sister, Susan (Bob) Barkhurst-Block; niece, Sarah (Eric) Snow; nephew, David (Kristin) Barkhurst; grandnephew, Jacob; grandnieice, Emily; loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many close friends.
Bill was a Bausch & Lomb retiree and an active member of GRADDA.
Family and friends may call Wednesday, March 9th, 3-7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. where a Prayer Service will follow at 7 PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity of one's choice in Bill's memory.
