Rochester: Passed peacefully surrounded by loving family September 15, 2017 at age 63. Predeceased by his father, Nieves; brother, Jose Troche; and his maternal grandmother.
He is survived by his mother, Celia; loving wife of 41 years, Sondra (Miller); children, William Jr. (Sara), Eli, Joshua and Dora; grandchildren, Zachary, Grace, Dominic, Elena, Eli, Urijah, Annamaria, J.T., Leora and Gianna; siblings, Ulises Troche, Lillian and Rose Nunez; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends 3-7 PM Monday, September 18, 2017 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. followed by a Service at 7 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
