William A. Statt

William A. Statt of Greece passed away on September 8, 2026, in Unity Hospital. He was born on September 29, 1947, in Rochester.

William will be remembered with love by his wife, Linda Armstrong Statt, and by their children, Daniel and Steven Statt, and their daughter, Cheryl Statt. He also leaves his grandchildren, Jordan and Lauren Statt, who were an important part of his family’s life. He is also survived by his brothers, Richard Statt (Lori) and Terry (Ann) Statt; his sister, Nancy Statt; his sister, Kathy (Jack) Smith; who were part of the family circle he cherished.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William G. Statt and Betty J. Heckner Statt.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Service on September 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 3003 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14616.

William will be remembered with affection by those who knew him and by the family who carry his memory forward.
