There is no need to feel regret...When we must face defeat...
As long as we have courage in...The problems we must meet...As long a we are putting forth...The best that we can do...And in the purpose of our plan...We are sincere and true...Sometimes our eyes are filled with mist...And it is hard to see...But in the darkness of defeat...There can be victory...The victory of having tried...With faith and hope and prayer...And with the perseverance that...Allowed for no despair...And so the loss, however great...May be at last a gain...And surely as we do our best...Our life is not in vain.
