Rochester- Willie C. Hopson, 78, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020 surrounded by the love of his family.
Willie was born in Donaldsonville, GA to the Johnny and Betsy Hopson on February 18, 1942.
Willie is predeceased by his father, his brother, Terry Hopson, and his children, Jimmy and Diane Reed.
Willie is survived by his beloved wife, Rhunette Reed Hopson, his mother, Betsy Hopson, his siblings, Betty, Herman, Bobby, Curtis, Doug, and Duke Hopson, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd, Rochester, NY on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A funeral service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial is to take place at Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY.
