Saturday, February 19, 2005. Predeceased by his parents, Geneva and Jesse Joseph. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth ""Liz"" Joseph; children, Arthur(Anita) Reese, Mary Reese Boykin and Cynthia P. Joseph; grandchildren, ShainaBede, Kellie, Tammy, Bobby, Arthur Jr. and Denise Reese; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jesse Jr. & Rufus Joseph; sisters, Willie Mae, Geraldine, Shirley and Bernice. Willie was a faithful federal employee.Friends may call Thursday evening 6-9 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where his Funeral Service will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
